Tri-County Rentals

Please note our requirements state that you MUST:

• make 3 time's the monthly rent
• Pass a background and credit check (credit does not have to be perfect)
• Have a positive rental history
• Have NO evictions or open bankruptcies
• Application fees are nonrefundable
• Everyone 19 years and older must apply separately

Be sure to submit your rental application along with:

• 3 years of residential history
• Contact information for your rental references.
• Information on your monthly income, and please note that most properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.
• $50 for Application fee ( Please Note that Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.)
